Police have launched a murder investigation after a man was stabbed to death in east London - the fourth killing in as many days in the capital.
Paramedics found the unresponsive victim, believed to be in his 40s, collapsed with stab wounds in a lane in Stratford in the early hours of Monday morning.
It comes after a weekend of bloodshed in the capital, which saw three other men killed in separate attacks in less than 24 hours.
In Monday's incident, officers were alerted by paramedics after the victim was found at about 12.40am, and he was pronounced dead at the scene about 20 minutes later.
The latest deaths have brought the number of murders in London in 2019 to 60.

No-one has been arrested and a post-mortem is due to take place to confirm the man's cause of death.
The Met Police said a Section 60 order - allowing police to stop and search - was issued for the entire borough of Newham until 6pm on Monday due to the incident.
A police spokesperson said: "A murder investigation is underway following the death of a man in Stratford.
"Police were called by London Ambulance Service at approximately 12.40am on Monday, 17 June to reports of an unresponsive man found collapsed with stab injuries in Whalebone Lane, near to West Ham Lane, E15.
"Officers attended the scene.
"The man, believed aged in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene at 1.01am.
"Officers believe they know the identity of the deceased and next of kin have been informed.
"A post-mortem examination will be scheduled in due course."
The fatal stabbing follows the deaths of two teenagers who were killed in different parts of London within minutes of each other on Friday.
Construction student Cheyon Evans, 18, was found stabbed in Wandsworth, south-west London, at 4.42pm and died at the scene.
Witnesses told the Times that he was attacked by a gang of teenagers and was stabbed up to 17 times.
In the second incident, Eniola Aluko, 19, was fatally shot in Plumstead, south-east London, at 4.54pm.
On Saturday afternoon, a man in his 30s was stabbed to death in a field in Tower Hamlets, east London, just before 2pm.
In the early hours of Saturday, two men were stabbed in Clapham and one was stabbed in Brixton. All three victims survived.
Amid the wave of violence Mayor Sadiq Khan tweeted: "The @MetpoliceUK have been working tirelessly all over the weekend to help keep our city safe and uphold the law."
Police have launched 60 murder investigations in London so far this year.
At this time last year police had opened 77 murder investigations.
