Stranger Things villains come to life in superfan's incredible upside down Halloween garden scene

Hair-raising Halloween decorations are seeing neighbours running up that hill in South Ayrshire.

Halloween fanatic Stephen Crawford’s front garden, on Whitehill Crescent in Annbank, is decked out with blood-curdling monsters and villains from the hit Netflix series Stranger Things.

The ‘Annbank’s Stranger Things’ scene is complete with the Mind Flayer - a gigantic entity which sports a distinctive spider-like appearance; a demogorgon - a tall, thin predatory humanoid creature whose head unfurls like a flower to bare many sharp teeth; and season four’s latest ultimate villain, Vecna.

Vecna, a telepathic humanoid monster with movable vines that protrude from his entire body, can be seen levitating front and centre in Stephen’s garden as he scopes out his next victim.

The spine-chilling scene — which took Stephen six weeks to create — even features the grandfather clock of doom from season four, where in the show its four chimes symbolize the four victims Vecna needs to claim in order to enter earth’s dimension and take over humanity.

Demodogs — a canine version of a demogorgon — pumpkins and fake blood complete the impressive yet terrifying display.

Stephen shared his spook-tacular creations on Facebook, adding: “The fruits of my labour for the last 6 weeks.

“Unfortunately this might be my last big project because it was a struggle at times with the weather, the lack of working space and the expense.

“But after all my moaning Halloween thankfully stayed mainly dry with little wind so it was worth it after all.

“Hope everyone enjoyed the show.”

And the show will continue for the next few days as Stephen is keeping up the decorations for others to squeeze out the last of the Halloween fun.
