Feeding 11 mouths every morning, lunch and dinner time means a trip to the supermarket is far from a cheap outing - as the Gale family are well aware.
Emma and Spencer have nine gorgeous children , which mean that popping into the shop for the essentials rarely costs less than £200.
The couple, who live in Whitstable and both work, are parents to Oliver, Emily, Charlie, Daisy, Freddy, Teddy, Sidney, Noah, Eli and Isaac.
While Emma appreciates that her kids like to help when it comes to the weekly food shop, she admits it normally makes the whole process more stressful.
Speaking on Channel 5's Me and My Ten Kids - Mega Families, she said: "Children helping is not helping. It's more of a mission, that's why it takes me longer to unpack the shopping than probably repack it in the bags."

She said: "So I just spent probably about £190 just on rubbish really for the kids. Just basic crisps, biscuits, what they're going to eat in the week, different dinners, packed lunch stuff.
"Yeah, £200 gone, just like that."
Recalling a recent trip to the supermarket, she said: "When we went shopping last, this guy stopped Spencer in the supermarket and said 'oh are you stocking up in case something is going to happen like the end of the world?'
"You know these mad people who think that.
"It was like no, this is just my weekly shop."
The family's favourite night of the week is Sunday, when they all come together to sit down and eat.
Spencer works 8am until 6pm seven days a week, with Emma working night shifts at Tesco.
Emma said: "Both of us work so we are like passing ships in the night sometimes.

"Sundays are really important to us as a family because it gets us to touch base, all sit and eat together and just enjoy family together."
But cooking a roast for such a large group requires a lot of organisation - and an awful lot of chopping.
The busy mum prepares a 2.5kg bag of potatoes, 1kg of peas, sweetcorn, broccoli as well as a huge joint of meat and Yorkshire puddings.
Just like with unpacking the car, the children love to get involved when it comes to the cooking.
Emma said: "On the Sunday dinner the children do like to help quite a lot.
"I don't like to say no to them when it's a skill they're actually going to need, so it's quite important that they help."
As soon as Spencer gets home from work he's straight in the kitchen to help his wife get dinner on the table.
He said: "It's really important to have time together as a family, particularly as a big family.
"Its nice to sit down and discuss what's going on during the week and any issues that we've got, they get discussed as well, which is good, it's important."
Finally the family can sit down and enjoy their meal together, and even though there are a few tears they get the catch-up they all want.
After dinner it's time for Emma, who has been up since 6am, to head off for her night shift leaving Spencer in charge of bath and bedtime.
He said: "Great planning is the answer to looking after a big household
"Emma is particularly fantastic. She's very organised.
"It's just teamwork."
