Stranger creepily digs out woman's wedding pics to 'mansplain' her height to her

Mansplainers are having something of a moment.

First there was the guy who kindly tried to explain the difference between vagina and vulva . Then, hot on his heels came the bloke who calculated how many tampons a woman needs per menstrual cycle .

Now there's a new contender for Mansplainer of the Year 2019.

It all started when one male Twitter user wrote: "Shaking hands with a woman is like shaking hands with a child.

"It seems artificial and vaguely patronising. The handshake was designed as a greeting between men to show that your sword hand was empty."

Another day, another mansplaining incident (Getty)

It's an interesting bit of trivia, if not also a bit offensive.

So Amy Brown decided to gently poke fun at the man, responding: "cool I'll just slap you in the face when I see you then" and joked she was seven and a half feet tall.

"Joked" being the key word.

Perhaps the man didn't realise Amy was just kidding, because he then casually found a photo from her wedding day and used it, along with some trigonometry, to prove to her that she's not seven feet tall.

Cue, merciless teasing of the man.

In case you're interested, if Amy WAS 7" 6 inches tall, this would make her only a smidgen shorter than the actual tallest woman in the world, Sandy Allen who still holds the record.
