A low pressure system located southwest of the Azores has a 40% chance of becoming a cyclone in the next 48 hours, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Monday.
"A tropical or subtropical storm could develop within a few days while this system moves eastward or east-northeastward over the northeastern Atlantic Ocean," the NHC said.
