The Met Office has officially named Storm Francis as the UK is set to be battered by 70mph winds and torrential rain.
Severe weather warnings are in place for most of the UK, ahead of the storm could cause power cuts, disruption to travel, huge waves and flying debris.
It comes just days after Storm Ellen claimed lives as it hit the UK and Ireland with winds of almost 90mph that uprooted trees, damaged buildings and caused dangerous sea conditions.
In preparation for Francis, the Met Office has issued yellow warnings for strong winds and heavy rain which will be in effect Tuesday and Wednesday - reports Mirror Online.
It said: "Wind and rain warnings are in force for Tuesday as another named storm impacts the UK.
"A deep area of low pressure will cross the UK from Monday night, bringing wind gusts of 60mph and potentially 70mph in exposed western locations and also heavy rain for many.
"A yellow wind warning is in force for the whole of Wales and most of England until midday on Wednesday.
