Surface water has resulted in a section of Edinburgh's tram line being closed off.
Storm Ciara has been causing travel misery throughout Sunday, with flooding causing a "river to appear on Seafield Road, Edinburgh Waverley shutting to non-ScotRail services and the Forth Road Bridge closing to all vehicles.
Edinburgh Trams confirmed shortly after 12.30pm that their services had also now been affected, with surface water on the line, near to the airport, causing part of the route to close.
As a result trams are now only running between York Place and the Gyle.
The team at Edinburgh Trams tweeted: "Due to surface water at Edinburgh Airport caused by Storm Ciara, we are currently operating between York Place in the city centre and Gyle Centre. Ticket acceptance in place with Lothian Buses between airport and Gyle."
An Edinburgh Trams spokesperson added: “With the ongoing severe weather conditions of Storm Ciara and last night’s heavy rainfall we are currently running between York Place and Gyle.
"There is significant surface water at the Airport Tram Stop and we are currently working to disperse this.
"When we have assessed the track we will be able to advise when full route running will recommence.
"We apologise to customers for the inconvenience this has caused.”
