Do you live in Mumbai, and have a story to tell? If so, Guardian Cities and Tall Tales want to hear from you.
At the end of November 2014, Guardian Cities is heading to Mumbai for a week of live reporting and discussions – made by and for Mumbaikars. We’re planning a community storytelling event in the city on 27 November in collaboration with Tall Tales, the longest-running live storytelling event series in Mumbai which features five stories per month – told by people like you.
If you have a compelling personal, non-fiction, first-person story about life in Mumbai we would love to hear it. Send it to cities@theguardian.com with the subject “Tall Tales” by 9 November 2014 and we will invite the best stories to be shared at the event. The stories should last 10 to 15 minutes when delivered live, which is about 1,000 to 2,000 words on paper.
We look forward to hearing your stories!
