Which shops are opening on 15th June and rules that will be in places

High streets across the UK are preparing to welcome back shoppers next week as many non-essential shops will be reopening their doors.

From Monday, June 15 the Government is allowed non-essential retailers to reopen meaning shoppers can once again enjoy a Primark haul or a browse around beauty halls.

However, the country is still in lockdown despite the easing of restrictions which means you won't be able to have your usual shopping trip.

Stores will be operating a number of strict safety measures all customers must follow, and on occasion shoppers may be asked to queue outside stores until the number of customers inside has reduced and they can enter.

Despite being given the green light to open, some retailers are choosing to stay closed until a later date. So if you're thinking of heading to the shops on Monday, we've rounded-up the full list of stores reopening so you can check before you travel.

We've also included the rules, all shoppers must follow.

We will have live coverage as the shops reopen on Monday across Liverpool, so be sure to follow what’s happening with us here on the Liverpool Echo What’s On and on our What's On Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Five rules everyone shopping in Liverpool from Monday must follow

  1. ‘Keep left’ on pedestrianised streets
  2. Use allocated queuing zones outside of shops
  3. Respect one-way systems where walkways aren’t wide enough for two-way pedestrian traffic
  4. Only go in a lift with people from the same household – this means lift queues will be likely
  5. Socially distance wherever possible – this includes keeping your distance from staff inside shops
