Arsenal are desperate to add talent to their squad ahead of the new season but it's been said that new developments could scupper a deal for Dani Ceballos.
The midfielder is close to a move to the Emirates but his current club, Real Madrid, have suffered a potentially serious injury to Marco Asensio.
This has led to speculation that Arsenal's loan deal for Ceballos could be off but in reality it's likely the injury has little impact on the Gunners' transfer business at all.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that Asensio and Ceballos play different positions and that has led to Arsenal fans aplenty backing the club to still pull off a deal for the latter.
It's even suggested that the injury to Asensio will actually have more of an impact on Gareth Bale's future, with the Wales star potentially more likely to stay in Spain now if Asensio's issue is serious.
Arsenal fans, however, are focused on Ceballos and confident the deal will still go through even if Unai Emery is not completely sure.
