Recently, she proved that, as she reacted to the influx of questions and attention surrounding Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding. More specifically, she addressed the fact that both she and her mother-in-law, Donna Kelce, get asked about this upcoming event, and she did not hold back with her message about not taking these questions anymore.
Ever since Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got engaged, there have been rumors about their wedding. From the date of the nuptials to who might be in attendance, people want the details about it. One person you will not be getting them from is Kylie Kelce, as she explained on her podcast, Not Gonna Lie:
Before I get into the questions I will answer, I just wanna say to literally everybody — I know it usually comes from a good place, not always — but quit asking me and my mother-in-law about upcoming nuptials. Nobody’s fucking telling you anything! I don’t have any details. I don’t have any details. I don’t have any details.
Continuing to drop f-bombs while discussing this topic, she asked people to “stop fucking asking” both her and Donna Kelce about this wedding.
She then proceeded to call out TMZ specifically. A few days ago, the outlet posted a story about asking Donna Kelce about her house and her son’s wedding plans. They had approached her at the LA airport, LAX, and when they spoke to her about Travis and Swift tying the knot, she said, “Is the mother of the groom ever involved?” She overall gave short answers to the photographer and did not reveal any specific information.
Kylie made it very clear that if she’s asked about it, she will not be divulging any information. Not mincing her words, she said:
Here’s the deal: Even if I did have any information, I’m not fucking telling you. That’s private information, if I had it. Private information between family. So A and B, C your way out.
She also explained that if she does get asked, she won’t just say “I know nothing.” Revealing her new cheeky response to inquiries about her brother-in-law’s wedding, she joked that she’ll now say:
No, actually, my answer, I’m done with the answer, ‘I know nothing.’ My new answer [is] ‘Suck my ass.’
Over the course of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship, Kylie has maintained that the attention her family receives isn’t something she desires. While she openly talks about her life, her kids, and topics like Donna being on Traitors, she’s also drawn an explicit boundary when it comes to what she won’t discuss. Now, she’s made it obvious that when it comes to her in-laws’ wedding, she does not want questions about it. And if she gets them, she won’t answer them.
I’m sure that when the time comes, we’ll learn about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding. However, for the time being, they are keeping the details to themselves, which makes sense; this is a very personal event.
