Stone Cold Steve Austin had lots of praise for Browns’ quarterback Baker Mayfield in an interview with TMZ Sports.
“It was awesome. That kid’s got such a presence about him. What a head on his shoulders and the way he puts things into perspective,” the WWE legend said of his interview with Mayfield.
“… As a young man, boy, I’ll tell you what — he has a lot of composure and a lot of ‘it’ factor, x factor, very charismatic and very confident.”
The interview is part of Austins new USA Network show, “Straight Up Steve Austin.”
Austin was a pretty good football player in his high school and college days in Texas.
Austin was back in the WWE on Monday for the “Raw Reunion,” which was nice way to promote the upcoming USA show.
