Stomach-churning footage reveals horrific reason man suffered 10 days of nosebleeds

A man had two live leeches removed from his nose after suffering 10 days of nosebleeds.

Stomach-churning video shows a doctor pulling the bloodsucking creatures from the patient's nasal cavity.

The leeches, measuring roughly two inches long each, had been feasting inside his face.

The man, who is known as Mr Cao, from Hezhou, China, claimed he had washed his face in a ditch while working in the woods two weeks ago, according to KanKan News.
