Stocks in news: CDSL, Adani Energy, L&T, Adani Total Gas, Emcure Pharma

Markets remained under pressure on Monday and ended lower amid disappointing earnings from private banking majors and renewed geopolitical concerns. Technically, analysts say the Nifty once again failed to cross the 24,400 mark, reinforcing the ongoing range-bound trend. Immediate support is placed in the 24,000–23,800 zone, while a decisive breakout above 24,400 could trigger the next leg of the recovery.

In today's trade, shares of CDSL, Adani Energy, L&T, Adani Total Gas, Emcure Pharma among others will be in focus due to various news developments.

CDSL

Sebi has imposed a penalty of Rs 1 crore on Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL) for cybersecurity and operational lapses that contributed to the malware attack in November 2022. The regulator said that the depository failed to adequately secure critical systems despite enhanced regulatory requirements.

Bajaj Auto, Adani Energy, TVS Motor, Adani Total, Bandhan

Shares of Bajaj Auto, Adani Energy, TVS Motor, Adani Total and Bandhan will be in focus as the companies will announce their first quarter results.

Grasim

Grasim Industries has invested nearly Rs 74,000 crore in capital expenditure across its businesses over the past five years, said its Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla, describing the outlay as a reflection of the group's confidence in long-term demand and its deep trust in India's growth potential.

Emcure Pharma

Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd on Monday said its co-marketed brand of the innovator semaglutide, Poviztra, will now be available for the treatment of fatty liver.
