A Fallin family received the “best Christmas present ever” when they welcomed a new addition on Christmas Day.
Jen Findlater gave birth to baby Sonnie in the early hours of Saturday to kick start the big day in the best possible way.
Little Sonnie made his appearance shortly after 1.50am on Christmas Day, weighing 9lbs 1oz.
Jen went in to labour at around 9pm on Christmas eve and went to Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

Sonnie, mum Jen, dad William and big sister April (3), were then allowed to go home by 9am on Christmas Day to enjoy the festivities.
Sonnie had been due on Boxing Day, but decided to make an early appearance.
They settled on the name Sonnie which was taken from William’s grandfather.
Jen said: “We welcomed our little bundle of joy on Christmas day. Best Christmas present ever.”
