Stirling is to see a further deluge of rainfall today as a weather warning has been issued across the region.
The Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for thunderstorms from 12pm today (Monday) until 11pm.
While many places will stay dry, heavy showers and thunderstorms may cause flooding and disruption in a few places.
The warning, issued for Central, Tayside and Fife - including Stirling, Clackmannanshire, Angus, Dundee, Falkirk, Fife and Per and Kinross.
A Met Office forecaster said: "Heavy, slow-moving downpours will develop on Monday. Some places will miss these, but where they do occur, 15-30 mm rain may fall in a short space of time, perhaps with 50-70 mm over several hours in a few places.
"Some of these downpours may also be thundery, most likely over eastern Scotland. The showers will die out during the evening."
With the downpours, there is the chance that spray and sudden flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures and where flooding or lightning strikes occur, there is a chance of delays and some cancellations to train and bus services.
Forecasters also say that there is a slight chance that power cuts could occur and other services to some homes and businesses could be lost and there is the possibility for flooding to homes and businesses, with damage to some buildings from floodwater, lightning strikes or hail.
