One man has been arrested following a dramatic police chase through Co Antrim.
Officers used a 'stinger' spike strip to stop the silver Volkswagen Golf in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The car was spotted by police in Lower Ballinderry and when it failed to stop a chase unfolded.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Following a half hour pursuit starting in Lower Ballinderry, travelling through Gawley’s Gate and ending up in Dundrod, a driver has been arrested.
"He continued to drive after being stung by a stinger device twice, and ran off when he knew the game was up; but he didn’t get far."
