A STILL Game legend has died and tributes are flooding in for the beloved actor.
The director of the iconic Scottish TV series, Michael Hines, took to the social media website Twitter/X to say that Jimmy Martin, who played Eric in the hit BBC comedy, has sadly passed away.

"He was a wonderful actor and I was honoured to call him pal."

One commenter on the post said: "RIP Jimmy 'Eric' Martin you absolute legend."
Another said: "Sorry to hear that. Thank you for the memories."
A third added: "Met him on a couple of occasions, absolute gentleman! Wasn’t in a hurry to dart off. His charity for the Hollies day centre in Musselburgh won’t be forgotten!"
A fourth added: "My favourite in the show. Especially the bit he's talking about taking a p**h when Jack and Victor are trying to eat their soup. RIP."
The 93-year-old actor served in the Navy and had just been awarded a top royal honour.
