Still Game's Greg Hemphill to star on BBC show Shelf Isolation this weekend

Greg Hemphill is the latest Scottish TV personality to feature in the new BBC Scotland series Shelf Isolation.

The Still Game star will feature on the show due to air on Sunday night, following Guilt actor Mark Bonnar and author Denise Mina who have each appeared alongside presenter and follow author Damian Barr in recent weeks.

The new series sees famous Scottish faces share what they've been reading, watching and listening to during the coronavirus lockdown.

And in this week's episode, Greg - who plays Victor McDade in the legendary Glasgow sitcom - talks about his love of Jaws, a film which he admits to seeing over 100 times, and how his wife's music playlists, featuring the likes of the Beach Boys and Deee-Lite, set the soundtrack for his home.

Meanwhile, Still Game of course gets a mention, as the actor, comedian, director writer is asked 'will Still Game ever return?' and, brilliantly, 'How would Jack and Victor cope during lockdown' - I think we can all imagine it.

To see Greg and Damian discuss all things books, movies and music, tune into Shelf Isolation this Sunday night on the BBC Scotland channel at 10pm.

Previous episodes in which Mark Bonnar and Denise Mina feature are currently available on BBC iPlayer.
