Stig Inge Bjornebye has landed a permanent role at Rangers and has been appointed as performance director.
The former Norway left-back spent some time as a football advisor in the second half of last season and impressed enough in the role to be kept on full-time.
He has been working alongside existing staff since December and will now continue to play a leading role behind the scenes this season after committing to the Ibrox club, reports The Rangers Review.

His role will entail overseeing the performance departments and academy at Auchenhowie. David McCallum remains in interim charge of the youth structure, and is expected to stay in that role for now, reporting to Bjornebye.
A lot of the ex-Liverpool defender's focus will be on first-team matters with recruitment at the forefront this summer. Lawrence Shankland remains the only signing and new manager Derek McInnes will look to shape his squad with more.
Rangers have Europa League qualifiers to prepare for in the coming weeks, while pre-season plans are not yet fully formed.
Bjornebye has previously held positions with Rosenborg and Aarhus.
