'Stick Clark and Fernandez up-front' - Newcastle United fans react to victory over AFC Bournemouth

Newcastle United came from behind to beat AFC Bournemouth and secure their first back to back win in the Premier League since April.

Steve Bruce's side had to come from behind after Harry Wilson scored the opener - but goals from DeAndre Yedlin and Ciaran Clark handed United all three points.

Frenchman Allan Saint-Maximin was a constant problem for Bournemouth and it was his cross that Yedlin headed home - VAR approved - with just three minutes until the interval.

Saint-Maximin himself had chances to get his first goal today - hitting the bar from close range, and forcing goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale into a great save late in the second.

The second goal however came from Ciaran Clark - now this season's top goalscorer. A short corner routine saw Federico Fernandez head down a Jetro Willems cross, and Clark scuffed the ball into the net.

Miguel Almiron and Joelinton both went close to adding to the scoreline - while Bournemouth saw their best chance fall to Joshua King who headed wide from four yards at the death.

Here's how the fans reacted.

Move Clark and Fernandez up-front?
