A Stewartry restaurant team is looking for help spreading festive cheer.
Helen and Steve Bean from the Inn on the Loch near Crocketford will once again be offering a free Christmas Day dinner to anyone who is alone, isolated or unable to provide a meal for themselves.
They are looking for people to get in touch if they, or someone they know, would like to take up the opportunity.
Helen said: “Last year, we had families getting in touch from as far as England as relatives were lonely and they couldn’t travel.
“Last year, with Covid, we had to do deliveries and with Covid lingering, we’re doing deliveries again.
“We did deliveries as far as Twynholm and Dalry last year. I think we only had one in Dalry so it would be great if we could get maybe 10 or so there. It would be more efficient and more economical.
