It was a case of déjà vu all over again for UK viewers of The Daily Show last night. The More 4 show - a broadcast of the previous night's US programme - was supposed to feature a big interview with former president Bill Clinton, but British viewers missed most of what he had to say after the channel failed to show the second half of the episode. Instead viewers were treated to a rerun of the first half. Keen-eyed viewers may have spotted something amiss when presenter Jon Stewart welcomed them to the show a second time, but apparently no one at More 4 was watching - at least 10 minutes passed before an announcer piped up, blaming a technical problem for the repeat. After cutting off the re-run, the channel announced it would now show "a double helping of comedy" - promising that it didn't mean it was about to show the same episode of Father Ted twice.
