Former Celtic and Rangers star Steven Pressley was left caught on the hop by the Ibrox side's dramatic extra time winner at Hampden.
The 48-year-old was on punditry duty for Sky Sports, as he watched the action on a day Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side secured a 2-1 win over their great rivals.
Bedlam ensued within Hampden as Rangers secured their place in the Scottish Cup Final for the first time since 2016 with their late strike.
And Pressley confessed he was unsure how the winner came about as Carl Starfelt poked into his own net under severe pressure from Rangers striker Fashion Sakala.
Sky Sports, he said: "I am unsure.
"It looked like Kent....
"It looked like Kent evaded the challenge, the one to one, or was it Bassey, I am unsure.
"It was driven across the face of the goal, I am still unsure on who gets the final touch on it."
But Pressley was then able to break down the signature strike with the benefit of replay as he praised the powers of recovery shown by the Ibrox side.
He confirmed: "In fact, Kent plays in Bassey, a terrific ball across, and Sakala, who has made a terrific impact since replacing Roofe gets his toe on it and evades Hart.
"I'll be honest with you, in the first half of extra time, they looked a tired side and there were signs they were allowing Celtic domination in the middle of the park."
