Steven Gerrard batted away further questions over the Newcastle United job as he savoured a hugely important Europa League win.
Rangers defeated Brondby 2-0 at Ibrox to kickstart their group stage campaign but the build-up to the fixture was intertwined with the manager being linked to the now-vacant post at St James' Park.
Gerrard reportedly formed part of the newly mega-rich Magpies' shortlist to replace Steve Bruce but the Ibrox boss refused to entertain the speculation following his team's victory.
Asked to comment on the Newcastle speculation, he signed off his BT Sport interview by saying: "Do I look happy? Do I look settled? Don't ask me silly questions then!"

Goals from Leon Balogun and Kemar Roofe set Rangers on their way to a first three points of their Group A schedule, having lost consecutively to Lyon and Sparta Prague.
But this was a result that rarely looked in doubt from the moment Balogun headed in a powerful opener, followed soon after by Roofe's VAR-assisted second.
"It was a strong home performance in Europe," Gerrard said.
"We were under a bit of pressure tonight, we accepted that. The fans were magnificent and the players delivered the game-plan we set out to do.
"You can still pick the bones of out little moments. We started the second-half and you're thinking 'do we want to give them a goal?'
"In the main we played with control, we dominated the game, a lot of players played well tonight.

"It was really close to the performance we've been looking for.
"We've played well for halves and 60 minutes but tonight was really close to a perfect performance.
"At 2-0, it's one of those scorelines you want to kill the game off but at the same time you want to put the ball in their court and say 'come on then, what have you got?'
"We wanted to keep our shape, stay in the right positions, play with discipline then hope some of their mistakes would lead to us getting in.
"That's why we made the subs when we did, we thought Fashion could get in behind if they pushed high.
"The subs were excellent, they brought energy and helped us control the game in the final moments."
Gerrard did, however, believe his side should have been awarded a penalty for a foul on Joe Aribo.
He added: "It didn't work tonight, VAR. Unfortunately, it missed a blatant penalty.
"100 per cent, there's no getting away from it. It's a penalty, I've seen it back.
"I thought at the time it was a penalty. I've seen it back and it's confirmation VAR have missed one."
