Steven Gerrard has been spotted taking in Liverpool's final game of the season while speculation abounds over a possible Rangers return.
The Reds are in action this afternoon as they take on Crystal Palace in a dead rubber after comfortable sewing up the Premier League title. They currently trail 1-0.
Gerrard is thought to be strongly in contention for the Gers job but faces competition from Davide Ancelotti, the outgoing Real Madrid assistant and son of departing manager Carlo, and Russell Martin.
Last week, he appeared to play down suggestions he was in discussions with Rangers by posting a video from the beach in Bahrain, his base when managing Al-Ettifaq in the Saudi Pro League.
However, he is now back in the UK and was pictured at Anfield today.

The Reds legend would have been delighted to be able to see them bring the curtain down on a hugely successful league campaign as they wrestled the title back from Manchester City for the first time in five years.
Celebrations will kick on after the final whistle as Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk gets presented with the trophy.
It also happens to be the 20th anniversary of the famous Champions League win in Istanbul when Gerrard inspired the Reds to come back from 3-0 down and lift the trophy.
His presence back in the UK could be purely down to that but fans will now wonder if he will meet with club chiefs also.
