Steve Spurrier has quickly become one of the best things about The Alliance of American Football League.
The legendary coach is calling the shots for the Orlando Apollos and he’s been having a lot of fun roaming the sidelines again and making aggressive calls, like last week when Orlando scored a TD with the “Philly Special”.
But he’s not just great because of the plays he calls, he’s also a gigantic personality who likes to have some fun on the sideline.
That aspect of his game was caught by a mic in Sunday’s game against San Antonio as the coach was really happy that the refs finally called an offensive holding call against the Commanders.
Listen here for Spurrier yelling: “About time they finally called it! They’ve been doing it every play.”
