The Golden State Warriors are back in the NBA Finals for a fifth straight time but this time they will start the series on the road in Toronto, as the Raptors had a better regular-season record.
Which means they’ll get to see Drake up close and personal when the Finals start Thursday night.
The rapper, of course, has been a big storyline during the playoffs but especially during the Eastern Conference finals when he rubbed Nick Nurse’s shoulders during a game and then later trolled the daughter of the Bucks’ owner after Toronto’s Game 5 win.
On Monday, Warriors coach Steve Kerr shared a dad joke about Drake that didn’t go over well with his daughter:
Kerr, of course, was referencing one of Drake’s hit songs, “Hotline Bling.”
And his daughter, of course, wasn’t impressed.
