Steve Clarke names Scotland starting XI for friendly vs Turkiye

Scotland are in Turkiye for an international friendly tonight.

It is only the second time the teams have faced each other.

The game will take place at the Diyabakir Stadium.

With neither side competing at the World Cup, this game was arranged to tide the national squads over until the start of Euro 2024 qualifiers next year.

Steve Clarke is without his usual Celtic contingent, with Ange Postecoglou keeping the likes of Greg Taylor and James Forrest for their trip to Australia.

Here's how Clarke has opted to line-up for the friendly game.

SCOTLAND XI: Gordon, Robertson, McTominay, Hanley, Tierney, McGinn, Dykes. Hendry, Gilmour, Armstrong, Fraser.

Subs: Kelly, McCrorie, Ferguson, Christie, McKenna, Porteous, Brown, Jack Ramsay.
