Fans of Valleys rockers Stereophonics have been left frustrated after tickets for the band's massive Cardiff gigs in early 2020 sold out within minutes.
The Cwmaman four-piece recently announced they are to play two shows at the 7,500 capacity Motorpoint Arena in the capital next spring - Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15 - tickets for which went on general sale at 10am on Friday, September 27
But, within minutes of the sales lines opening they were all gone, leaving many fans furious at the prospect of missing out on seeing their idols perform live.
The frustration comes after the pre-sales problem earlier this week which saw some unable to bag early tickets as a result of an online glitch.
Those who'd pre-ordered the Phonics' new album, Kind, before 4pm on Tuesday (September 23), had been given an exclusive code via email, which included a link to the exclusive offer.
According to the group's website, the pre-sale code allowed fans to buy a maximum of four tickets to one show, and did not guarantee tickets.
However the pre-sale site, which was hosted by website SandbagLTD, kept crashing, forcing those applying to wait for over an hour only to leave empty-handed.
One user said: "Absolutely gutted and disgusted with @SandbagLTD with the @stereophonics presale.
"Website crashing trying to get tickets in the basket and when I do crashes on payment screen.
"Now receiving an error that my code is no longer valid as I didn't complete the transaction in time!"
