Stephen Warnock has hit back at claims Leeds United will concede a lot of goals this season.
The Whites' defence cost them against Liverpool in Saturday's 4-3 defeat, with two penalties not helping their cause.
It led to predictions that Leeds' attacking intent could see them on the end of some heavy defeats this season if they are not careful.
Yet former United defender Warnock disagrees.
Speaking to Sky Sports News, the former Liverpool and England full-back said Leeds were always going to be up against it playing at Anfield and that they stayed true to their principles.
He said: "This is what we’re going to see from Leeds United this season - a bravery to go forward, a bravery to get on the ball, a belief in what they do.
"People have spoken about Bielsa, enjoy it, because you’re going to see some magnificent football from them this season.
"A lot of people have said they’re going to be on the end of a couple of heavy defeats. I’m not so sure you will see that this year, because we’ve seen what they can do against the champions."
The Whites have a chance to bounce back from their opening-day defeat quickly when they face Hull City in the EFL Cup on Wednesday.
That is followed by hosting Fulham on Saturday in the first Premier League game to take place at Elland Road in 16 years.
Games against Sheffield United, Manchester City and Wolves quickly follow in what looks to be an intriguing opening few fixtures.
