Stephen 'tWitch' Boss' mum says she loves him 'to eternity' in heartbreaking tribute

Connie Boss Alexander has broken her silence to thank friends and family for their support following the death of her son Stephen 'tWitch' Boss.

The dancer tragically  died from suicide on Tuesday morning, it has been reported. He was just 40 years old.

Taking to her Instagram Story on Thursday, Connie said she is struggling to process Stephen's death, adding that she will love him "to eternity and beyond".

"Family and friends, thank you for all the love, prayers and encouragement. Please know I see all the messages, texts, posts and the phone calls.

"I can't use words right now. Please know I will reach out when I can. Please continue to keep us in prayer," she wrote.

Paying tribute to her son, Connie added: "Stephen Laurel, your mother loves you to eternity and beyond."

Stephen, who rose to fame following his appearances on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, celebrated his 40th birthday back in September.

At the time, Connie posted a series of pictures on social media and shared a loving tribute to her son.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOOBOO! (I get to use it at each milestone don't fuss at me). Scrolling through, realizing any picture is inadequate to describe the happiness and pride I feel on today.

"All the professional accomplishments not withstanding, what strikes me more is the man you have become... from a son and brother, to a husband and father.. I couldn't have envisioned a better journey.

"Not always easy but oh the outcome is....everything!

"I thank God for the gift of you and for the #40 years He has covered, protected and blessed you through! To all the tomorrows and the next 40...Let's Go," she wrote alongside the pictures.

Connie added: "#SOMUCHMORETOCOME."

Stephen started DJing on Ellen's show in 2014 and remained with the programme until it ended earlier this year. Ellen made Stephen an executive producer on the programme in 2020.

It was reported Stephen's wife Allison Holker ran into an LAPD station on Tuesday after she was left deeply concerned he had left home without his car, which was unlike him, a law enforcement source told TMZ.

A short time later, it has been reported that the police received a call for a shooting at an LA hotel, where Stephen was found dead.
