Aberdeen manager Stephen Glass turned frosty in a post-match interview when he was pushed on a section of the Pittodrie support that booed his team off the park.
The Dons fell to a late Stevie May goal to lose 1-0 at home against Callum Davidson's St Johnstone on Saturday afternoon.
Some supporters made their displeasure clear at full-time and after a promising start to the Glass era with wins in European qualification and six points from their opening two Premiership fixtures, things have quickly turned sour.
It's a seventh straight match without a victory for Glass and the Dons in a run that began on August 12 with defeat to Raith Rovers in the Premier Sports Cup.
But when asked about the booing on BBC Sportsound, Glass wasn't pleased
He said: "I understand their frustration, we're as frustrated as they are as a whole group. Players, staff, everyone.
"They can see what we're trying to do and I think questions like that leads you to turn players against fans, fans against players.
"We're all together and we're all pushing in the same direction."
Glass was then pressed if he could see his team's style of football developing and he disagreed with the choice of words used by interviewer Tyrone Smith.
"You're putting words in my mouth there," Glass said.
"You're putting words in my mouth that I've never used in my life.
"We are trying to do something at the club that's a little bit different. We're getting there.
"We're six games into a league campaign, sitting halfway up the league and we know we should do better. We'll get to where we want to be."
