Dozens of Queen of the South fans gathered to serenade Stephen Dobbie on his last appearance for the club.
The Palmerston legend is leaving the club at the end of the current campaign, with the clash with Dundee his final match.
Cruelly fans cannot get into the stadium to send off the man who has scored 166 goals in two spells with the Doonhamers.
But several fans gathered outside to serenade their hero as the former Rangers youth arrived for the Championship game.
Dobbie announced this week: "It’s with a heavy heart that I’m announcing that my time at Queens has come to an end and that this Friday will sadly be my last appearance in a Queens shirt.
"What an amazing time I’ve had. I have loved every minute of my seven and a half years.
"I made my debut against Dundee so it’s fitting my last appearance will be against them. My first ever goal for the club came against Dundee so fingers crossed history will repeat itself and my last will be too when we play them on Friday night.

"There have been many highlights during my time.
"My statue at the arena, being inducted into the Queens Hall of Fame, becoming the club’s second top ever goalscorer and beating the record for most goals in a season to name a few.
"Queens isn’t just another football club to me - I’ve become a supporter myself. The way in which the club and the fans have embraced me and my family will always hold a special place in my heart.
"Most of all, thank you to the fans. I will miss hearing your songs and your cheers whenever I put the ball in the back of net for you.
"All the best for the future and I’ll be back at Palmy when I can."
