Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, and Conan O'Brien team up for first time to mock Trump

Nothing brings rivals together better than a common enemy.

Donald Trump recently criticised multiple American late-night hosts, including Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon, calling them “lowlife... not talented people”. The President was particularly critical of Fallon, who recently apologised for “humanising” Trump during his presidential candidacy.

One day after Trump made the comments, Colbert and Fallon made the genius move of uniting together for their opening monologues.

Colbert begins the sketch by pretending to write a monologue when he receives a Skype phone call. “Hey, lowlife,” says Fallon, to which Colbert answers: “Hey, lost soul.”

Soon enough, and after exchanging yet more of Trump’s comments about themselves, Colbert decides to bring on board another late-night host: Conan O’Brien. Watch the delightful exchange below.

Meanwhile, Trump continues to make controversial policies, with 17 states recently moving to sue his administration over its family separation policies.
