Boxer Carl Frampton has paid an emotional video tribute to Stephen Clements following the BBC presenter's death.
Family, friends, colleagues and listeners have been left devastated by the loss of the much loved father-of-two, who was 47.
Speaking to Q Radio, Frampton said Stephen always championed local talent and would be "missed by so many people".
The North Belfast fighter added: "Stephen was a man who was always backing, and always trying to promote, local talent in different fields.
"He was described on the radio today as mischievous and fun, and always with a huge smile.
"Any photograph you saw of him he had a smile that filled his face.
"He will be missed by so many people who don't know him, but feel like they knew him just because of the radio show.
"It is very, very sad and heartbreaking. And deepest sympathies and condolences to his two kids, his wife and his family circle."
Other sports stars who shared their condolences included Northern Ireland footballer Niall McGinn who tweeted: "Shocked and saddened hearing this news. Spoke with him regularly, a top man. Thoughts with his family and friends."
McGinn's international teammate Stuart Dallas added: "Devastating news. Thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time."
