Stephen A. Smith made another hilarious NFL error while talking about the Cowboys

Mistakes happen on live television all the time, and of course they get amplified by social media twentyfold.

But ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith has now made errors about the NFL more than once. Remember last December when he was previewing a Chargers and Chiefs Thursday night tilt and made multiple mistakes that included talking about Hunter Henry, who had been out for all of the 2018 regular season with a torn ACL?

He then talked in February about how the Panthers should sign Le’Veon Bell, forgetting that Carolina already had Christian McCaffrey.

And then, on Monday, he liked the Cowboys new offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, “clearly an upgrade” from Chan Gailey.

That’s true … except Gailey was last with the Cowboys in 2000, when he was fired. He was probably trying to think of Scott Linehan:
