Sharing a close up picture of the beautiful diamond band with a knot design, she said: "My beautiful promise ring of my beautiful partner

Explaining the design, she said: "Me him and Caben intertwined in three joined together"
She added: "Cannot wait to spend my life with you"
Owen has become close to Steph's son Caben, who she shares with ex Jeremy McConnell.
The trio regularly pose up for sweet pictures together.
