Stephanie Davis has revealed she accidentally poisoned her boyfriend Owen Warner after serving him raw chicken.

The 25-year-old Hollyoaks star recorded the entire process of cooking for her other half in a bid to impress him with her culinary skills.

Davis filmed herself shopping trip Warner as she picked up vegetables to complete her roast dinner of courgettes, mash potato and salad leaves.

She then delicately seasoned the chicken breast before putting it in the oven to cook.

In another clip, Warner took over filming the plate of food, telling the camera: “So, Steph cooked us a lovely meal. That looks very nice. I'm halfway through mine, then I peel back this and see that the chicken is raw.”

Davis can be heard in the background throwing up, later adding: “I cannot believe it. I cannot actually believe it! I cooked it for ages!!!! I've threw up. I tried (sic).”

The TV star later shared a picture of herself bundled up on the sofa in a hoodie, telling fans she called her mum for help.

She said: “I called my mum, it's because I had the oven on too low. I've been sick. It took me absolutely ages to cook that. Owen's been sick now. I told him to. I tried though.”

Davis then went through to find her boyfriend in the bathroom where he was being sick into the toilet.

She captioned the post: “Oh no. Sorry babe. Love you. #Stephsnotcookingagain.”

It appeared Davis’ mum was far from impressed, telling her daughter that the meat looked “raw as hell.”

The couple recently went public with their romance, two months after Davis’ return to Hollyoaks.

The new relationship comes after Davis revealed she checked in to rehab after taking an overdose following her split from Jeremy McConnell.

She was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and admitted that she is an alcoholic who sought help to save her life for the sake of their son, Caben.
