Stephanie Davies shares unusual ritual to signal a fresh start

Stephanie Davis has shared a bizarre ritual that she carries out every time she is looking to start afresh.

Speaking to her followers on Instagram, via her story, Steph said that each time something bad happens in her life and she wants to start again she turns a table in her home around.

The star said that she didn't even realise that she did it until a close friend of hers pointed it out.

In a series of videos on her Instagram story, where she wore a red Christmas themed onesie and a white sheet face mask, she said: "Every time I have a crisis in my life and I want a fresh start, I turn the table around in the house."

She showed with her hands how she changes the position of her table from vertical to horizontal across the room and vice versa as she continued: "Anyway I've gone and changed the table around."

She continued that her friend noticed the weird habit and pointed it out as she said: "Every time you turn that table around we know its a fresh start and you've had enough and want to start afresh."

Then she hoped some of her followers would be able to relate to her as she asked: "Does anyone else do that like rearrange the furniture when they've had enough of things? Its like a new house then isn't it and you feel better."

Stephanie continued: "So the table is turned, fresh start, good times.

"I wonder how many times in my life I've set up for a fresh start, I wonder how many times I've said this is it now?"

She later shared another video of her dancing around to Adele's hit Turning Tables and grabbing at the table to get the moving in progress, signalling that the fresh start is in progress.

The 28-year-old recently showed an emotional outpour after splitting up with her now-ex bike shop worker Oliver Tasker, and she shared her "single mum probs" as her little boy helped her put up their Christmas decorations.

This year has been especially hard for her as besides the break up she also suffered a miscarriage in October.
