Viewers tuning into Steph's Packed Lunch on Tuesday were stunned when one guest divulged about her very active sex life.
Presenter Steph McGovern welcomed 68-year-old Siobhan Burt onto the Channel 4 show, who also raved about lube and orgasms.
Siobhan appeared in the studio as part of the Senior Sex Clinic segment, which focuses on individuals who are being sexual later in life.
Steph, 38, introduced Siobhan as being a "florist by day and swinger by night".
When asked what her sex life was like when she was younger, Siobhan revealed: "I had some sex when I was 17/18 years old, but I didn't enjoy it and it was very painful as they didn't have lube.
"I then became a Christian and didn't have sex for 40 years, as the church said you can't have sex before marriage and that put an end to my sex life."
Siobhan continued "I then turned 57, and stopped being a Christian and I was propositioned by a 27-year-old rugby player.
"And I thought, 'oh my goodness, what?' So that kind of put a little thought in my mind, so I joined a website, and started meeting people and discovered sex can be wonderful."
Siobhan went on to reveal she had joined a swingers club where she was told she was "sexy" and has now slept with more than a thousand men.
Siobhan also informed viewers about the importance of lube if you are "tight down there".
But some viewers were not impressed with the topic of conversation and took to Twitter to comment.
"Stephs Pack Lunch has hit an all time low with this segment #ThisMorning #stephspackedlunch," one viewer tweeted.
Another posted: "#stephspackedlunch wtf is there any need while I'm eating my lunch," followed by a vomiting face emoji.
A third added: "I really like #stephspackedlunch but the chefs aren't given enough time. More cooking less OAPs talking about tight vaginas and lube please @StephLunch."
A fourth viewer tweeted: "Right…can we move on #stephspackedlunch," while another asked: "what am I watching? #stephspackedlunch"
Steph's Packed Lunch airs weekdays at 12:30pm on Channel 4.
