Steph Davis praised for showing off 'real' and 'unfiltered' body

Stephanie Davis was praised for showing off her "real" and "unfiltered" body on Instagram.

The actress shared a set of images on Instagram where she looked more loved up than ever with her partner, Joe Mckalroy. She and her boyfriend spent the day soaking up the sun and decided to give her followers a personal look at her "real body."

In one image, Joe can be seen holding Stephanie as she wraps her legs around his waist, showing off the "cellulite" on her legs. The Prescot native refused to cover up and said she wanted to remind her followers that all bodies are beautiful.

The caption said: "Amazing first day of our holidays PS. Cellulite is normal, our bodies are beautiful never forget that.

"People & influencers on Instagram post too many photos HEAVILY edited, so much so, people now have bad body image because they compare themselves to not real images? Everybody has bumps, rolls, scars and stretch marks, it makes us women, it makes us REAL.

"People editing themselves on insta is fake and not realistic. Stop comparing yourself and stopping yourself from having fun because of how others look (which is fake anyway) we’re so self-obsessed about how we look and how “ not good enough” our bodies are when we compare to fake images. You are enough."

Her fans immediately praised the natural photos as they called her "beautiful" and appreciated how "real" she was. One comment said: "I just love how real you guys are, Steph you're a beautiful girl, and you rock it, you've got your Prince Charming, and you're glowing babe."

Another added: "Have the best holiday with your family. I love your posts because they’re real and that’s important xx."

A third follower said: "Seeing yourself with cellulite has made me feel more relaxed about mine! Been so self-conscious about it I have an appointment to get it removed. but I don’t think I will now!! thank you!"

Stephanie replied to multiple comments with a kiss emoji in appreciation to the fans that sent their love.
