Steph Davis has paid tribute to Caroline Flack from her hospital bed, as the Love Island star is laid to rest.
Caroline's private funeral takes place today, with many of her family and friends set to pay their last respects to the presenter.
Since her death on February 15 Steph Davis has been vocal in her grief, launching a petition to stop online bullying of those in the limelight.
Today Steph paid tribute to Caroline on Instagram, sharing a series of photos of the 40-year-old.
She wrote alongside them: "In my heart, in my mind, you're safe and at peace now. I will never get over this ever, ever.
"It will haunt me forever, this should never have happened, things will change, I promise you."
Steph also shared a photo of her in hospital, hooked up to machines and wearing an oxygen mask.
The Hollyoaks star hasn't revealed why she is in hospital, but she seems to have been there for almost two weeks.
In an Instagram post yesterday Steph alluded to the previous issues she has faced and said her current stint in hospital was not related to her mental health.
She said: "Yes I'm back in hospital this year, but this time, not for mental health, something else, which again was God helping me on my last stretch of this journey.
"Everything's completed, I have cracked my last bad habit, I don't smoke anymore."
