Steph Curry’s reaction to Jordan Poole’s potential game-tying shot against the Lakers shows just how bad it was

The Warriors came rallying back in the 4th quarter against the Lakers on Tuesday night tying it up at 112 with about a minute and a half remaining in the game.

The team did it on the back of Steph Curry, who’d hit 3-pointer after 3-pointer to rally his team and get them back in it.

After a quick Lakers response to go up by 3 points, LA decided that anyone but Steph Curry was going to be the one taking the shot to try and tie the game up again. Jordan Poole decided that it was going to be him.

And, honestly, that’s fine. He’d been cooking. He had 21 points and had hit 6 3-pointers already. Him taking a shot was generally a good thing for Golden State.

BUT THIS SHOT?!?!?!?

The internet ripped Poole for taking this shot. It’s a 30-foot 3-pointer with 10 seconds left on the clock and two other all-world shooters on the floor. Sure, Poole was hot. But there was a much better shot to take there. He could’ve at least stepped in a bit before taking that one.

Instead, that was the shot. And Steph Curry’s reaction to it says it all.

The dude clearly couldn’t believe he didn’t even get a chance to get the ball back there. Especially considering how hot he was in that quarter.

Not sure how Game 2 will turn out, but if this is how it turns out again the Lakers will certainly take it. rr
