Steph Curry addresses the state of the Warriors heading into the All-Star break

As the Warriors enter the All-Star break, they hope to move on from one of the most drama-filled first halves of the Steve Kerr era. From the Durant-Green incident to free agency drama, many people thought the Warriors era was about to blow up. Despite all the rumors, the Warriors persevered through it all and once again are the leaders to win the NBA Championship.

At the center of this drama is guard Stephen Curry, recognized worldwide as the face of the team. When asked about the state of the Warriors entering the All-Star break, Curry felt that the team is ready to make the needed push necessary.

“Regardless of all the storylines, headlines, that have been on our team since October, at the end of the day, when you understand who is in the locker room, how much we appreciate each other, the true potential we have as a team, and now honestly, now when we have 25 games left, to really be able to just lock in, working out the kinks, raising the level of play so when we hit the playoffs, we’ll be hitting our stride.”

With the Warriors sitting pretty at 41-16, expect them to make yet another strong run in the playoffs.
