Stella McCartney and friends hit the Bloomberg and Vanity Fair gala dinner

Fashion designer Stella McCartney had a night out with her sister Mary on Tuesday night as the pair attended Vanity Fair x Bloomberg climate change dinner in London.

The sisters, both daughters of Beatles icon Sir Paul McCartney and his late first wife Linda, attended the event to high climate change.

They were joined at the party by Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan and the Chairman of the Tiffany & Co. Foundation, Anisa Kamadoli Costa.

Other attendees included Tracey Emin, Paloma Faith, Daisy Lowe, Tom Daley and his husband Dustin Lance Black.

The event is just one of the climate causes Stella McCartney is throwing her support behind. Her clothing line is one of 43 fashion businesses to have signed the newly-unveiled Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Chanage Action, a UN Climate Change initiative.

Speaking about the brand’s involvement, McCartney said: “It's really about bringing everyone together as an industry, and instead of having a few people talk about it, it's having everyone talk about it and the leaders... actually taking responsibility, putting our money where our mouth is and making an amazing change together.”
