Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster says he’s done dancing on logos

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster spoke to the media on Wednesday and said that he could no longer be doing his pregame TikTok dances on the opposing team’s logos.

According to Smith-Schuster, his dances were never meant to be disrespectful and just meant to be fun content for his social media followers. Smith-Schuster also said he does not want it to be a distraction for the team going foward.

Just for reference, the Steelers have two regular-season games left with the only road game left being in Cleveland. Just an FYI, the Browns don’t have a midfield logo.

But in all seriousness, I’m glad Smith-Schuster isn’t going to do them anymore. Not because I felt like they stoked the fires of the opposition but because fans are heavily invested in this team and they want to see players who are as well. Whether it is right or wrong that fans care more about this team than its players is a different discussion. The fact is it is real.
