Steelers welcome Stephen Denmark in for pre-draft visit

The Pittsburgh Steelers are winding down their preparation for the 2019 NFL draft. Team reporter Bob Labriola is reporting only a single pre-draft visitor on Tuesday. According to Labriola, Valdosta State defensive back Stephen Denmark is at the UPMC complex today.

From a physical standpoint, Denmark is fascinating. The converted wide receiver checks in at a solid 6-foot-4 and 215 pounds and really shows those wide receiver skills with seven interceptions over the last two seasons.

Denmark could be a player the Steelers target late in the draft to be sure he isn’t missed as a priority free agent. His size is intriguing and could be a solid developmental prospect.
