For the 80th time (including playoffs) in their respective franchise histories, the Tennessee Titans and Pittsburgh Steelers will do battle in Week 15, this time at Heinz Field.
In the previous 79 meetings, the Steelers have gotten the better of the Titans, 47-32. Pittsburgh has won the last three contests between these two teams, and Tennessee hasn’t won in Pittsburgh since 2013.
As far as 2021 is concerned, both teams are in very different positions.
With a win, the Titans can either clinch the AFC South or jump up to the No. 1 seed in the conference depending on who wins the Saturday matchup between the Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots.
The Steelers, on the other hand, are clinging to their playoff hopes in the No. 11 spot in the conference, and in last place in the AFC North. Another loss would further damage those hopes.
