Steelers vs Colts injury update: Several Steelers hurt in win

The Pittsburgh Steelers went into Sunday’s game with the Indianapolis Colts pretty beat up. And they left with a 26-23 win and even more injuries to add to the list. Head coach Mike Tomlin spoke to the media after the game and he noted three injuries that took place during the game.

RB Trey Edmunds-ribs

WR Ryan Switzer-ribs

FB Roosevelt Nix-knee

We will know more about the status of these injuries on Tuesday when Tomlin meets with the media again. Edmunds had a strong performance in his first NFL action. Edmunds had 12 carries and thanks to a 45-yard run on his first carry finished with 73 rushing yards.

The injury to Nix was a re-aggravation of the knee injury he’s dealt with most of the season.
